As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering memorable events for our clients while working closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all aspects are organized and running smoothly
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor management, and event timelines
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event needs and provide guidance and recommendations
Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and materials are prepared and on-site as required
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners to ensure satisfaction and quality service
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events
Ensure all event budgets are adhered to and provide regular updates to clients on progress
