Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and evaluating a variety of events that align with our company’s goals and branding. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from corporate meetings and workshops to large-scale conferences and community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including budget management, venue selection, and logistics.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that all event requirements are met.
• Develop event timelines and ensure that all deadlines are adhered to.
• Assist in marketing and promoting events through various channels.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
• Oversee event setup and takedown, ensuring all materials are in place and functioning.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• BA/BS degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
