We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to support our Events Team in the planning and execution of a variety of client and internal events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and enthusiastic about coordinating all aspects of event production, from planning logistics to on-site support.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and execution of events from concept to completion
Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain event timelines and track budgets
Organize and prepare event materials and supplies
Handle administrative duties related to event planning
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs efficiently
Support post-event activities such as debriefs and feedback collection
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in event planning or administrative support is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is a plus
