We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to support our Events Team in the planning and execution of a variety of client and internal events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and enthusiastic about coordinating all aspects of event production, from planning logistics to on-site support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of events from concept to completion
- Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain event timelines and track budgets
- Organize and prepare event materials and supplies
- Handle administrative duties related to event planning
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs efficiently
- Support post-event activities such as debriefs and feedback collection
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in event planning or administrative support is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is a plus
