Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and private events. The ideal candidate will work closely with the events team to coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure all events run smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details align with client expectations
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to manage logistics
- Maintain event timelines and schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Handle event-related administrative tasks, including contracts, invoices, and permits
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless coordination
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events
- Assist in post-event evaluations to improve future events
Qualifications
