Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details align with client expectations
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to manage logistics
- Maintain event timelines and schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Handle event-related administrative tasks, including contracts, invoices, and permits
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless coordination
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events
- Assist in post-event evaluations to improve future events
Skills & Qualifications
