We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about client services, communication, and learning the fundamentals of account management. You will be responsible for supporting senior account executives, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and project deadlines
Conduct market research to support strategic initiatives
Prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Support day-to-day administrative functions related to client services
Monitor and track campaign or account performance
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus
