We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for supporting senior account executives, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and project deadlines
- Conduct market research to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support day-to-day administrative functions related to client services
- Monitor and track campaign or account performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
