The Junior Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering internal and external communications that align with the company’s goals.
Job: On site - Raleigh, NC
Pay Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Create high-quality written content for various platforms including websites, blogs, and newsletters.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other public relations materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop key messaging.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare analysis reports on media trends and communications effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
