- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence.
- Assist with preparation of documents and presentations for meetings.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Ensure the office is running smoothly by managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Support in personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Coordinate events and help with logistical planning.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
