• Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Assist with various personal and professional tasks as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted advisor to the executives.
• Help with organizing office spaces, supplies, and other administrative functions.

Qualifications

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
