We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide direct administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a high level of discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for executive staff
Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
Arrange travel plans and prepare itineraries
Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organization
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of executives
Qualifications
