Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing events, including corporate functions, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings.
- Manage event materials, signage, and promotional items.
- Support the creation of event schedules, run-of-show documents, and checklists.
- Assist with guest registration, RSVP tracking, and seating arrangements.
- Provide on-site event support, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
