Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Commerce Manager to manage the strategy and operations of the Prime Line website and related initiatives. This role is responsible for driving qualified traffic to the website (digital marketing), and ensuring that once users are on the website, they have the best experience and can complete their goals for visiting (digital commerce). The role reports to the Director of Marketing and works cross-functionally with Marketing, Technology, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Merchandising, External agencies, and other business stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Website Management: Act as a strategic owner for the Prime Line website and related initiatives. Manage the planning, execution and delivery of website operations, ensuring seamless functionality, regular content updates, and brand-aligned messaging to achieve customer, business and financial results.

Website Optimization: Create a roadmap for web content and UI/UX improvements to boost user engagement, lead generation, and overall user flow, working closely with merchandising, marketing and design stakeholders.

Lead SEO Efforts: Parter with an agency resource and internal stakeholders to increase organic growth and search visibility. Implement a comprehensive SEO strategy including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building

Lead Paid Media Efforts: Partner with an agency resource and internal stakeholders to execute PPC digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, website traffic and sales.

Analytics & Insights: Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor and report website performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights grounded in data. Help the business measure and understand the relationship between customers’ online behavior and offline buying activities.

Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure web content and application is accurate, visually correct, and functional across devices and browsers. Ticket defects and collaborate with technology stakeholders on resolution.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Meet with stakeholders to provide insights, recommendations, and reports on digital initiatives’ effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Ecommerce Experience: 3 years’ experience in managing ecommerce and digital marketing operations, ideally in the promotional products or another industry with complex customer journeys and online/offline purchase flows. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, user experience design, technologies, and best practices.

Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and other paid media channels. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage agency partners in this space.

Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Technical Skills: Proficiency in variety of digital technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, NetSuite, Shopify, Content Management Systems)

Getting Things Done: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

This role is based remotely, with typical working hours M-F 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. Some travel will be required.
