About the Role
The DTG Group Lead Operator will be responsible for driving excellence in Direct to Garment operations. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of DTG equipment, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and optimize DTG equipment performance to meet production requirements.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement changes.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in apparel printing or a related field.
- Familiarity with M&R Polaris Machinery and screen printing principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
