Job Overview:
Alphabroder is seeking an experienced Order Picker to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Distribution Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of stock, providing exceptional support to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
- Unload and load shipments from trucks, while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Sort and place products on pallets, verifying SKUs against packing lists and reconciling to bills of lading.
- Accurately scan and label cartons/pallets, using automated systems and RF units to pull, put away, and load/unload customer products.
Requirements:
- High school level reading and math skills, with a strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with RF equipment and ability to operate light equipment (pallet jack, hand jack, and power jacks).
- Forklift Certification per OSHA standards, with physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds.
- Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and adapt to changing priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
