As a Signs Sales Executive, you will:
- Bring and grow a book of business ($500K annual sales minimum)
- Have the ability to build your own team or bring an assistant to support your efforts
- Negotiate your compensation package with us based on your experience and value
- Be expected to start meeting sales targets by Month 2
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated sales experience in the Signs industry
- Strong Account Management skills with a track record of maintaining and growing customer relationships
- Expert knowledge of the Signs business, including materials, production, and project management
- Professionalism in all customer communications (email, phone, in-person)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (ability to break projects into steps)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Must use company-provided phone, laptop, email, and office tools
- Familiarity with CRM and Order Management Systems – willingness to use PrintSmith and PrintSpeak is required
- Full-time, long-term role with high growth potential
