What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Pricing and Contracts position at Alphatec Spine?
Manager, Contracts and Pricing, will be responsible for establishing relationships and work with both internal (Sales AVPs, Directors of Corporate Accounts, Marketing Product Managers, Sales Operations, Finance and Customer Service team members) and external (decision makers, persons of authority, and/ or facility administrators representing GPOs, IDNs, facilities in addition to sales distributors) to support the development and implementation of provider agreements and pricing. This individual is responsible for supervising the Contracts and Pricing team, training and development of the team, provide contract and pricing guidance, and ensure contract compliance with all applicable Company policies and regulatory authorities.

Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $120,000 to $140,000 Full-Time Annual Salary/Hourly Range

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, direction, and training for all members of the Pricing & Contracts Team
- Supervises Contracts and Pricing team, including hiring, training and development, performance

- Assists Director, Sales Operations with procedures, process improvements and other related

- Collaborates with Contracts and Pricing Management team, Director, Sales Operations, Sr
price approval tiers, price volume commitments, value analysis committee submissions, pricing
optimization strategies and compliance to contractual terms.
- Collaborates with Sr. Director, Corporate Accounts and Sales VPs to track growth opportunities
campaigns and initiatives.
- Provides analysis of product usage, ASPs and works closely with Marketing to maintain a current
- Works with cross functional teams and leaders in the organization to develop, implement and
accuracy for new product launches and pricing initiatives.
- Interacts and collaborates with Finance and Accounting to ensure proper billing, commission
