We are seeking a results-driven Process Improvement Manager to join our Distribution Operations team. This role will focus on analyzing current workflows, identifying areas of inefficiency, and leading initiatives that drive scalable, standardized, and sustainable process improvements. Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $95,000 to $110,000 Full-Time Annual Salary Range

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Evaluate current distribution processes to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements
- Design and deploy scalable, standardized procedures that align with company policies and strategic goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and other teams to implement impactful solutions
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics to drive continuous improvement across distribution functions
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
- Conduct root cause analyses and develop sustainable corrective actions to resolve operational issues
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation and training materials to support procedural changes
- Champion change management efforts and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
- Drive enhancements to systems and reporting tools—especially within SAP—to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
- Oversee and improve reporting and processes related to product obsolescence management
- Measure and optimize procedures across the organization to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Analyze operational data to support project design and decision-making; present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Mentor and guide teams in Lean thinking and best practices for process improvement
- Manage and report on improvement project progress, including timelines, risks, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with data tools such as Power BI and SQL preferred
- In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their connected applications
- Strong understanding of supply chain, MRP processes, and the medical device industry, including international regulatory frameworks (e.g., MDR)
- Excellent communication skills—oral, written, and presentation—with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
- Skilled in project planning, documentation, stakeholder communication, and timeline management
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams through process and organizational change
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5 years of experience in process improvement, distribution, or supply chain operations
