Job Summary :
The Safety Manager plans and implements all aspects of the company's safety program to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and principles, and the attainment of company objectives. This role involves working collaboratively with employees and leadership to create and maintain a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment. The Safety Manager assesses, develops, and implements all safety policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to company protocols. A key responsibility is actively increasing employee involvement in safety initiatives, including supporting and leading safety committees, accident investigations, and safety audits. This position requires 24 / 7 availability to respond to emergencies at the facility.
Responsibilities :
