What You Need to Succeed:
- confidence with anesthesia monitoring
- at least 3 years of experience where you have the ability to quickly adapt and contribute
- experience taking dental radiographs, preferred but not required
- WE ARE OPEN TO A RVT!
- a drive to take initiative, provide collaborative efforts, and offer the highest quality of care to your patients and clients
- have full-time availability, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- High School Diploma
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: admitting patients for procedures and exams, animal restraint, maintaining animal records and documenting conditions and updates, dental cleanings under anesthesia, taking dental radiographs, monitoring anesthesia, venipuncture including catheter placement, administering PO, SQ, IM, and IV medications, filling prescriptions, completing laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging, and educating clients on veterinary medicine
