Job Title: Pool Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Hour: 30-40 hours/week
Pay : $25 /hour

Job Summary:
The Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the pool area and food and beverage services. This role ensures an exceptional guest experience through attentive customer service, safety compliance, efficient food and beverage operations, and staff management. The position involves multitasking between managing poolside activities, monitoring pool staff, and ensuring smooth food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pool Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pool, including guest services, cleanliness, safety, and staff coordination.
- Manage poolside reservations, towel service, and guest seating arrangements.
- Monitor poolside bar and dining services, ensuring quick and quality service.
- Ensure lifeguards and pool attendants follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and fun environment for guests.
- Address any guest concerns or issues related to the pool area promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the pool’s cleanliness, water chemistry, and equipment.
Pool Food & Beverage:
- Manage the food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and runners.
- Oversee food and beverage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and waste management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as food handling protocols.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Create seasonal menus or specials to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize revenue.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality, food & beverage management, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of pool safety regulations and lifeguard certifications (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Standing and walking for extended periods during shifts.
