We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pool facility. As the Pool Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all patrons while managing staff and coordinating events.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the pool staff, including lifeguards and maintenance personnel.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance customer service skills and operational efficiency.
- Oversee shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak times.
- Handle guest services, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports on pool usage, maintenance needs, and staff performance.
- Coordinate events at the pool area, including private parties and community activities.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations during all shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in a recreational or hospitality setting such as a nightclub or pool facility.
- Strong report writing skills with the ability to analyze data and present findings effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Experience in events management is highly desirable.
