Role Description
Manages the day-to-day operations of assigned properties including management of daily activities and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.
Ensure that the operation of the property complies with CCIOA and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations and supports the Board of Directors.
HOA Community Association Managers are responsible for managing a portfolio of covenant-controlled properties. They must be familiar with the governing documents of each association and assist each association’s board of directors with carrying out its duties and enforcing the association’s governing documents.
Community Association Managers are responsible for managing the common elements of each of the associations in their management portfolio which includes the upkeep, coordinating repairs, coordinating special projects, and responding to inquiries from association members.
Qualifications
- Experience in , community association management, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of HOA laws and regulations
- Ability to work effectively with homeowners, vendors, and board members
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Knowledge of Breckenridge and Summit County area is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
