What We’re Looking For

Your Responsibilities as a Substitute
Deliver Instruction – Use existing lesson plans to keep students on track and engaged in learning.
Maintain a Positive Atmosphere – Foster a respectful and focused classroom setting using effective teaching techniques.
Supervise Responsibly – Ensure students are safe and supported throughout the day, including at lunch and recess.
Collaborate with School Staff – In long-term roles, work alongside school teams to align with instructional goals and curriculum standards.
Support Student Growth – Help create a classroom culture where all students feel encouraged and able to succeed.
