A Day in the Life of a Substitute Teacher:
- Flexibility: Pick the schedule that works best for you—half or full-day shifts available.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: An Associate Degree or 60 college hours required (Bachelor’s degree or teaching certification preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Prior substitute teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students, parents, and administrators.
- Flexibility: Adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each class and keep students engaged.
