Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Develop New Business: Research and create opportunities for all types of events, expanding our reach in multiple markets. Leverage existing contacts and industry resources to generate revenue.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Stay Ahead of the Industry: Monitor trends, analyze competition, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain lasting connections with clients, vendors, and venues.
  • Optimize Sales Performance: Track metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies for continued success.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • 3 years of direct sales experience, ideally within the event or hospitality industry.
    • Proven ability to excel in a high-demand sales environment.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and hospitality-related CRMs (Salesforce, Point of Rental).
