What You’ll Own:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition -
• Hustle hard to attract, interview, and onboard top-tier talent who can keep up with our high-performance culture.
• Manage tough but fair terminations, exit interviews, and offboarding with professionalism and precision.
• Hit the road! Attend community hiring events across multiple locations.
• Travel between Michigan and Florida to keep our workforce running at peak performance.
Employee Performance, Safety & Development -
• No fluff reviews here—you’ll run biannual 360-degree reviews to ensure every team member is pulling their weight.
• Design real training and development programs that actually move the needle on employee growth.
• Safety is non-negotiable. Build and enforce a comprehensive safety program—because we play hard, but we play safe.

• Enforce compliance — update policies, maintain airtight employee records, and ensure legal compliance.

Requirements -
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of HR leadership experience—and a proven track record of making an impact.
• Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience leading HR tech (HRIS, analytics, automation, etc.).
• Unshakable confidence and communication skills.
• Multi-tasking beast—you’ll be juggling and tackling different aspects.
Salary : $48,000 - $55,000
