We are seeking a dynamic professional with 2-5 years of experience working closely with event and wedding organizers, venues, nonprofits, festivals, and galas. A degree in Hospitality Management is highly desirable. As a leading event and rental company specializing in tents, tables, and chairs, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service with no geographic limits. This role requires someone who can thrive during a fast-paced busy season and focus on building relationships with potential clients during the off-season.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, venues, nonprofits, and corporations to secure rentals for events such as weddings, galas, festivals, and corporate gatherings.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our inventory, and become proficient with our point-of-sale system (Point of Rental), CAD drawing software, and Hubspot CRM.
- Assist with site inspections and event coordination as needed, working alongside our operations team.
Work Environment:
- Standard schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with one Saturday per month (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM) during the summer. We are closed on Saturdays during the off-season.
- Work is primarily office-based, with some off-site and hybrid opportunities.
- Fast-paced and rewarding during the summer; focused on client outreach and business development during fall and winter.
- Exposure to outdoor elements may occur during site visits or event coordination.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as an event, wedding, or corporate event coordinator, or as a venue manager with event experience.
- A degree in Hospitality Management is a strong advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, with training provided for specific software (POS, CRM, CAD Layout).
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent attendance record and ability to follow detailed instructions in various formats.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
