Welcome to Alpine Intel, a leader in the property insurance intelligence industry. We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. The Product Marketing Manager at Alpine Intel plays a critical role in driving growth and the success of our product portfolio across all verticals. This role is responsible for product positioning, messaging, and understanding the voice of the customer. In addition, this role directly supervises the team of product marketing specialists. This position requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and execution abilities. The Product Marketing Manager will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Supervisory Responsibilities Include:
- Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to assigned marketing team members and update the Chief Marketing Officer of such.
- Ensure the achievement of the team’s defined quarterly and annual goals.
- Provide the Chief Marketing Officer with and maintain accurate job descriptions, in addition to interview and select new employees.
- Prepare and deliver periodic performance reviews, and handle personnel issues for assigned marketing team members, all in partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer and Human Resources.
- Works with the Chief Marketing Officer as part of any special or ongoing projects that are important to area/process improvement(s).
- Ability to identify opportunities and needs to relocate departmental resources, as required, to manage peak workload
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and produce communications and materials to enhance the company brand and emphasize capabilities.
- Undertake and assists with new product launches.
- Arm customer facing teams with messaging, collateral, and tools they need to increase demand and accelerate pipeline.
- Interface with sales and account management to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with other marketing specialties to implement effective communications to drive performance, such as social media campaigns, paid search campaigns, advertising campaigns, targeted email campaigns, and general product awareness initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback to provide suggestions for customer needs and future products.
- Develop an in depth understanding of the company’s brand and product lines, along with its relevance in the market and the competitive landscape.
- Establish and evaluate product marketing strategies and plans and collaborates with other marketing teams to ensure that plans align with overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry wide trends and stays abreast of new tools and technologies.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, from an accredited four-year college or university, required.
- 5 years’ experience in product marketing or marketing strategy delivering highly successful projects and campaigns, required.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Experience managing projects from end to end (including managing freelancers, collaborating with colleagues, interacting with stakeholders, and delivering project to completion), required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience, preferred.
- Insurance industry experience, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
- Noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
- Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
