What You’ll Do:
You’ll provide comprehensive support for our end-user technology, ensuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices function smoothly and securely. You’ll also support data analysis and reporting across teams, empowering departments with the insights they need to succeed. Whether troubleshooting hardware issues or helping visualize data in PowerBI or Tableau, your role will be essential to Alpine’s daily success.
Primary Duties:
Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using tools like Monday.com
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal disruption to users
Manage software installations, updates, and configuration across systems
Support data reporting, analysis, and research needs across the organization
Maintain and document IT procedures, resources, and support tools
Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with security and performance standards
What You’ll Bring:
0–2 years of experience in technical or desktop support
Experience working with Windows OS and productivity tools like Microsoft Office
Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
A foundational understanding of networking and remote desktop support
Experience using Monday.com or similar support/ticketing systems
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of ITIL and service management principles
Familiarity with endpoint management tools like Intune
Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or PowerBI Data Analyst Associate
Experience with tools like ReThink, DonorView, NetSuite, FrontLine, or Bright Arrow
