Position Summary
This role is essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our Manitou Lodge guests. Responsibilities include setting up breakfast and afternoon snacks, ensuring the property and common areas are neat and inviting, and providing general guest services to in-house guests.
Schedule:
- Part-time mornings and afternoons, 2-4 days per week
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Set up, restock, and clean up breakfast for guests.
- Report guest service requests, property issues, and inventory status/orders to the manager.
- Provide guests with additional linens or amenities upon request.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the property, including basic troubleshooting of Wi-Fi routers, TVs, appliances, and thermostats.
- Inspect the property for maintenance issues, ensuring common areas are clean and orderly.
- Care for plants and flowers during the summer, manage snow ice melt, and report snow removal needs in the winter.
- Exhibit extensive knowledge of Telluride and the surrounding area to provide guests with activity, dining, and service recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of one year in customer service.
