Schedule:
- Part-time mornings 3-5 days per week
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, replenish, and clean up breakfast for guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Communicate guest service requests, property concerns, and inventory updates to the manager for prompt resolution.
- Provide guests with requested linens or amenities, maintaining a focus on their comfort and satisfaction.
- Apply thorough knowledge of the property to address basic troubleshooting needs, including Wi-Fi routers, televisions, appliances, and thermostats.
- Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs, ensuring common areas remain clean and well-organized.
- Maintain the care of plants and flowers during the summer months, manage snow and ice melt, and report snow removal requirements during the winter.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of Telluride and its surroundings to recommend activities, dining options, and services to guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of one year in customer service.
