Position: Chiropractic Assistant

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will work closely with the Chiropractic Physician, ensuring patient comfort while providing therapies and performing some administrative duties. You will also prepare treatment areas for patient appointments. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and customer service, with a strong focus on patient care.

This is a floating position, requiring flexibility to work at both our Waxhaw and Pineville locations as needed. A willingness to assist with marketing and administrative tasks will make you a standout candidate. Learn more about us at

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in the chiropractic office.

• Maintain patient records.

• Offer clerical support to the office team.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and staff.

• Assist with patient care and office management tasks.

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.

• Collect payments and verify insurance benefits.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Background in healthcare or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize patient care and manage multiple tasks.

• Flexibility to work in both Waxhaw and Pineville locations.

• Willingness to assist with marketing and administrative tasks.

• Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.

• Professional, friendly demeanor and a desire to help others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
