Position Overview: We urgently seek DC Power Assistant Technicians to support our Michigan market. The primary role is to assist Lead Technicians in various tasks related to DC power systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance:
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting DC power systems in various settings.

Equipment Inspection:
- Conduct routine inspections of DC power equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Technical Support:
- Provide technical support for clients and internal teams on DC power-related issues.

Testing and Diagnostics:
- Perform testing and diagnostics on DC power systems to identify and resolve faults.

Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and service reports.

Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards, including all Company and OSHA standards for safety.

Customer Interaction:
- Visit customer facilities to evaluate needs and develop solutions.
- Exceed customer expectations through excellent service.

Product Knowledge:
- Develop a strong grasp of the features and capabilities of multiple product lines.

Travel:
- Some travel is required to support various projects and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in DC power systems or a related field is a plus.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
- Ability to obtain a DOT certification.
- Clean driving record for insurability.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.
