Job Description

Job Summary:

MPS is seeking a self-motivated individual with a winning attitude to drive Produce definition and development of SiC and Isolated products for Solar, PSU and Automotive markets. This individual leads design & apps engineering teams and collaborates with sales & marketing engineers on product development strategy and execution. Job duty includes competition analysis, simulation and bench verification for new product ideas, author product specifications, provide reference designs, evaluate new products, and write datasheets and application notes.

Essential Functions

• Lead AEs, IC designers, packaging, and field team to define innovative products.
• Work with customers on system designs with existing products or developing new products.
• Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers.
• Competitive analysis and New Product Definition
• Write datasheets, application notes, design notes.
  
  

Qualifications

• MSEE or higher..
• Hands on experience with SiC and/or Isolated hardware implementation and testing.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
• Experience with high power qualification, testing and debugging is preferred.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
