As our Office & Social Media Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring everything runs seamlessly day-to-day while supporting our leadership team. You’ll be a multitasker, problem-solver, and organizer extraordinaire – taking on everything from coordinating office operations to managing our social media presence.
Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Keep the office running smoothly – from ordering supplies to handling repairs and ensuring everything is in top shape.
- Social Media Management: Help shape and amplify our brand by managing our social media presence across platforms. Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content, ensuring consistency with our company’s voice, culture, and values. Track performance metrics and trends to boost engagement and grow our community online.
- Leadership Support: Assist the leadership team with scheduling meetings, organizing documents, managing correspondence, and tackling administrative tasks to keep them on track.
- Vendor and Partnership Management: Work closely with office vendors, manage service agreements, and maintain key partnerships to ensure a seamless work environment.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize team-building events, celebrations, and fun activities that keep our office energized and engaged.
- Bookkeeping Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses and managing invoices.
- HR Assistance: Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and helping with onboarding processes.
- Visitor and Inquiries Management: Be the first friendly face our visitors meet and handle general inquiries with professionalism and a smile.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills – you know how to prioritize like a pro.
- Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- A positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Experience in a small business or startup environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills – you’ll be connecting with people in and outside the company daily.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content creation is a bonus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
