Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field or experience and 2 years of human resource management experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and succinctly to diverse audiences in a variety of formats, including oral, written, and presentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills, including demonstrated ability to develop/implement specific strategies/tactics designed to maximize results.
- Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background check.
- Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
Position Summary: Human Resources Manager responsibilities include employee relations, compensation management, training, performance evaluations, and new hire processes.
