Duties
- Conduct thorough title searches and examinations to produce accurate abstract reports
- Analyze and interpret legal documents related to property titles
- Identify any issues or discrepancies that may affect property ownership or transfer
- Communicate findings effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders
- Utilize GIS software to map property boundaries and access relevant geographic data
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of title abstracts
Experience
- Previous experience in title processing or related field
- Proficiency in researching property records and legal documents
- Knowledge of real estate law and title examination practices
- Familiarity with GIS software for mapping purposes
- Experience working in a law office environment would be beneficial
