A Title Clerk completes motor vehicle paperwork, interacts with the public and other agencies, and is responsible for filing vehicle owner titles and registration in a timely manner. This position also supports scheduling our delivery drivers
Who You Are:
- You have excellent communication and customer service skills
- You have strong follow-up skills, and details matter
- You are self-motivated and results-driven
- You can work independently and in a team environment
- You stay calm under pressure and can manage competing priorities
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Process customer title paperwork must be within the designated time frame
- Notations on liens must be made in accordance with lender agreement requirements
- Receipt of titles on purchased or trade-in vehicles must be made promptly
- Consistently high levels of documented internal and external customer satisfaction are measured by feedback regarding professionalism, responsiveness, accuracy, and completeness of work
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
