- Diagnose and repair electronic devices including hyper chargers and related equipment.
- Test functionality of repaired devices to ensure they meet manufacturer and company standards.
- Troubleshoot to identify root causes of malfunctions or failures.
- Document repair processes and maintain records of parts used, repairs performed, and other related information.
- Assist with maintaining parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Advise management on hardware and software upgrades.
- Work with the customer service team to answer customer queries and explain technical issues in an understandable manner.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, technology, and repair techniques.
- Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electronic equipment repair, preferably in the high-tech or automotive industry.
- Familiarity with electronic testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in repair work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to move heavy items with pallet jack. (Units can be in excess of 1500 lbs) (Regularly moving stacks on carts that weigh 220 lbs) (Regularly moving units on carts that weigh 450 lbs).
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs (Components and Units can be heavy and cumbersome).
- Standing/Walking for long periods of time.
