Appliance Repair Technician

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appliance Technician with a minimum 1 year field experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair various appliances
• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks using schematics and technical documentation
• Operate a van to transport equipment and materials
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appliance repair and maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
• Experience with equipment repair and delivery driver roles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy appliances
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
