We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Technical Trainer/Instructor to join our team and help train the next generation of commercial foodservice technicians. If you're experienced in equipment repair and love sharing your knowledge in both classroom and hands-on settings, this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Train entry-level technicians on the fundamentals of Electric, Gas, Steam, and Refrigeration systems commonly used in the commercial foodservice industry.
- Deliver a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on training in our dedicated training facility.
- Teach troubleshooting techniques, safety protocols, system diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Inspire, mentor, and support new technicians as they begin their careers in the field.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial foodservice equipment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—you enjoy breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand lessons.
- A mechanical mind and hands-on attitude.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in the commercial foodservice industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead a classroom and adapt to different learning styles.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Awesome):
- Experience developing technical training curriculum or materials.
- Comfort working with training modules or simulators.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles or previous instructional experience.
