What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Ensures accurate inventory
- Organizes the warehouse inventory with section chart and row count
- Enters received shipments into Great Plains inventory system
- Ensures correct shipments
- Monitors shipments to ensure timely receipt, ascertain any damages and
verify correct quantity - Prepares correct Bill of Ladings
- Communicates with carriers
- Schedules pickup, deliveries and repairs for vendors to ensure a smooth
operating warehouse (i.e. waste, fuel, forklift, equipment, etc.)
- Monitors shipments to ensure timely receipt, ascertain any damages and
- Leading the Team
- Supervises warehouse associates and ensures team works together as
efficiently as possible - Assesses training needs of staff and ensures execution of training
- Ensures staff are brought in to cover absenteeism and holidays
- Correctly records time and attendance of team

What Makes You Great
Education/Experience:
- 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in Warehousing/Supply Management
- Supervisory experience required, preferably in Warehousing
- Certified Fork Lift Driver and/or Trainer
Qualifications/Skills:
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Safety awareness and quality consciousness
