Job Duties
- Utilize the hand tools and equipment to drill and service commercial water wells.
- Requires ability to concentrate and stay alert for up to 12 hours continuously.
- Must be dependable and interact with others -- "teamwork" is a necessity. Must communicate with others verbally.
- Must be able to work under stressful conditions caused by loud machinery, parts and equipment quickly moving overhead and near the workplace, driving long distances and in traffic, taking responsibility for the health and safety of other crew members, and sometimes working with hazardous chemicals.
- Must be able to work scheduled shift hours, up to 7 days per week.
- The job can be physically demanding, with exposure to the outdoors and repetitive lifting during some phases of the job.
- Those with construction or labor experience are STRONGLY encouraged to apply

Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge
- WATER WELL drilling experience preferred
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Construction site experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant heavy lifting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 84 per week
