Alson Jewelers, a fourth-generation, family-owned company based in Cleveland, Ohio, is renowned for offering a luxury shopping experience and carrying some of the world’s most prestigious designer jewelry and Swiss timepieces, including brands like Rolex, Cartier, David Yurman, Roberto Coin, and more. We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator with a passion for photography to elevate our brand’s digital presence.

Job Summary :

As a Content Creator at Alson Jewelers, you will play a key role in developing and executing a content strategy that reflects our luxury in-store experience. You’ll work closely with the Director of Social Media, marketing, and sales teams to produce visually stunning content that resonates with our audience and showcases our designer collections and company culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the Director of Social Media to create and implement a content strategy for social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, and TikTok.
Capture and edit high-quality images and videos that highlight our fine jewelry, Swiss watches, and brand story.
Plan, schedule, and post social media content consistently to maintain an active online presence.
Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies for growth and engagement.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments and inquiries, cultivating meaningful relationships with followers and influencers.
Assist in creating paid social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
Ensure that all content aligns with Alson Jewelers’ brand guidelines and luxury aesthetic.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Content Creator, with a strong portfolio of photography and social media work.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field.

3 years of experience in managing and growing social media accounts, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

Strong photography skills, with experience in photo and video editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva).

A deep understanding of luxury marketing and audience behavior on social platforms.

Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging, innovative content.

Exceptional writing skills, with a focus on storytelling and attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for luxury jewelry, Swiss timepieces, and staying ahead of social media trends.
