About the Role
We're seeking a full-time onsite Product Industrialization Manager in Plattsburgh, NY, US. As an industrial engineering expert, you'll take on a new challenge by applying your expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work closely with innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates to lead the charge in streamlining our manufacturing processes.
- Making sure that Industrial requirements are well understood and taken into account by Engineering.
- Preparing for the introduction of new technologies with an associated process validation plan.
- Setting up and monitoring the Industrialization Work Package budget.
- Setting up the industrialization planning, including all activities and milestones.
- Monitoring co-engineering activities and animating ICONE workshops.
- Building the plan for tooling and specific manufacturing equipment.
- Contributing to the development of the Industrial Management Plan (IMP).
