Job Description
We are seeking a full-time onsite Product Industrialization Manager to join our team in Plattsburgh, NY, US. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled industrial engineer to take on a new challenge and apply their expertise in a cutting-edge field.
Your Future Role
In this role, you will work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates to lead the charge in streamlining our manufacturing processes. You will ensure that industrial requirements are seamlessly integrated into product design from the get-go and work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Production, R&D).
Main Responsibilities:
- Making sure that Industrial requirements are well understood and taken into account by Engineering.
- Preparing for the introduction of new technologies with an associated process validation plan.
- Setting up and monitoring the Industrialization Work Package budget.
- Setting up the industrialization planning, including all activities and milestones.
- Monitoring co-engineering activities and animating ICONE workshops.
- Building the plan for tooling and specific manufacturing equipment.
- Contributing to the development of the Industrial Management Plan (IMP).
About You

- A degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex industrial/manufacturing projects.
- Familiarity with mechanical/electrical work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement industrial processes.
- Capability to oversee project budgets and timelines.
- Knowledge of cross-functional team leadership.
- Adept at continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
