Key Responsibilities
- Manage the outsourcing of detailing contracts
- Check detailing performed by subcontractors
- Create accurate fabrication drawings from design drawings provided by customers
- Create and maintain a project library for repeat projects
- Detail small structural packages and assemblies
- Detail formed vessels, towers, cones, and other atypical plate work projects
- Interface with project managers, detailers, programmers, and purchasing to ensure project accuracy
- Maintain a high level of expertise in Tekla Structures (or SDS2) and AutoCAD
