Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our Lifeguard team. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool. If you have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service, we want to hear from you! We have pools throughout Monmouth County, Northern Ocean and Eastern Middlesex.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise pool area to ensure the safety of all guests
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid/CPR when necessary
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area for cleanliness and safety hazards
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and chemical testing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
Experience:
- Lifeguard certification is required, we will help with training!
- Good swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to administer CPR
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
