DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR DAY
This is a full-time or part-time position, depending on your availability. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
As our Office Manager, you'll be the glue that holds everything together-from ensuring seamless day-to-day operations to driving bigger-picture goals forward. Your typical day will be a mix of client communication, team leadership, and behind-the-scenes organization. You'll manage financial reporting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and progress tracking, all while upholding the "Gold Standard" our company is known for. You'll lead team meetings, coach staff through professional development, and constantly look for ways to make our processes more efficient and our people more supported. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME OUR OFFICE MANAGER?
- Bachelor's degree, business diploma, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in an office environment with a construction company
- Experience with construction management software tools, CRMs, and current technology
- Experience with QuickBooks online
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
